1. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment
All products sold on Feathered Guru via the PrintItAtHome Shop are instant digital download products delivered exclusively in digital PDF format. No physical journal, logbook, or printed paper sheets will be shipped or mailed to your physical address.
Upon successful payment via our secure checkout gateway (PayPal), a secure download link containing your uncompressed PDF file will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.
If you do not see our automated delivery email within 5 to 10 minutes of completing your order, please check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders, as automated system links can sometimes be misrouted by your email provider.
2. No Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
Because our digital products are delivered instantly and tangibly to your inbox, they cannot be returned, recalled, or physically sent back to the store. Therefore, under digital commerce regulations, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase of our 3-page printable bundle for CA$7.00, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any rights to a refund or order cancellation.
3. Personal, Non-Commercial License Grant
When you purchase our 3-page bird tracking bundle, you are buying a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal household use only. You are welcome to print out as many physical paper copies of these logs as you personally need for your own household backyard enjoyment.
You explicitly agree that you will not digitally redistribute, email, text, share, or upload the master PDF file or any of its individual pages to other web platforms, social media groups, public forums, or shared Google Drives. Any unauthorized sharing or resale constitutes copyright infringement.
